Staff were helpful and no issues to mention 5/5 If you are looking for a well located place to stay as a B&B in Hamburg, this hotel is a good option. This was an unexpected benefit which meant the trip back to the airport was covered. We were even provided with a free pass for ALL Hamburg buses and trains (U and S). 5/5 SERVICE: Very smooth check in process with room cards working as expected. 5/5 BREAKFAST: A nice selection of different continental offerings, very modern and clean environment too. 5/5 LOCATION: Located a 5 minutes walk away from the main train station and a 10-15 minutes walk from the main square and town with bars and restaurants. The bathroom was also of a good standard. ROOM: Neat and tidy with comfortable beds.
I would recommend the hotel for other tourists. This hotel was perfect to meet our needs which was to have a) a good location, b) a comfortable room, and c) a decent breakfast. This was my first visit to Hamburg with a friend as a short city break, coming from the UK.
