Here's my filter for when I was reverse-engineering the communication protocols for a network enabled surveillance system (looking only for traffic to and from this IP while filtering out all other traffic as I was still on a network connected to the internet): You'll end up with a long filter string after you narrow down IP, known traffic, and broadcast traffic. 8.Jeff's right, unless you install wireshark on the PC in question you'll have to mirror the port on the switch to capture any traffic.
